Wow - you're the second person who's lusted after this icon this evening! *g*

It's by [livejournal.com profile] becky_h - she used the picture for a Fifth Doctor/Jack icon and I asked if I could have an icon with just the Jack picture, and she added the 'lick here' and made it even more perfect!

The picture is, I believe, a S1 Torchwood promotional shot.
